• Directed a cross-disciplinary design team of 7, delegating tasks, providing clear creative direction, and mentoring junior designers.​

• Managed the design pipeline, coordinating directly with Producers, Programming, Art, and Audio departments to align vision, track dependencies, and ensure seamless integration of assets and features.
​
• Established and maintained the central source of truth by owning the master Game Design Document (GDD), ensuring it was consistently updated and accessible to the entire team.
• Owned the project's core design pillars, specifically managing the scope and balance of mechanics for the puzzle-platformer to ensure a tight, focused player experience.​

• Orchestrated the team's workflow by scheduling and leading weekly design meetings, setting clear agendas, and defining actionable goals and deliverables for each sprint.

• Implemented and upheld a quality assurance process for all design deliverables, providing constructive feedback and conducting regular reviews to maintain a high standard of quality and coherence.

• Directed the level design process from conception to completion, establishing a clear difficulty curve that intelligently introduced mechanics and ramped up challenge across the three-level structure.
​
• Championed the player experience by overseeing level pacing, puzzle design, and mechanic integration to ensure a satisfying sense of progression and mastery.
​
• Facilitated clear communication across a large, multi-campus team, bridging gaps between disciplines and ensuring all members were aligned with the project's vision and goals.
